The installation of stainless steel Stairtec SWP and SWR buttons may take place either off-site or on-site by simply pre-drilling holes at 70 mm on center. In detail: When installed on wood, simply drill a 6.5mm hole and insert the button, pushing it into place. When installing it on marble, stone or ceramic, drill a 7mm hole and fasten the button with an adhesive suitable for the surface. This product is designed for stairways, as decoration or as an anti-slip device (the button has a knurled surface). Alternatively, it can be used as a tactile button on flooring, to indicate areas or pathways.

To install the base of the Plano BF flush baseboard profile, you can use adhesive to attach it directly to the wall. Otherwise, you can attach the base track of the profile to the first layer of drywall by screwing it to the studs. Make sure to drill the base profile in the center, on the lower part of the profile. Then, proceed with the installation of the second layer of drywall and finally interlock the finish profile of the baseboard onto the base track.

The difference between the Multiclip and Multifix cover profiles lies in the installation method: the Multiclip profiles are equipped with a base and a clip, on which the cover (available in various finishes) is clipped on; on the Multifix profiles, on the other hand, the cover is fastened directly on the floor with screws. Alternatively, there are Multifix CLX fasteners which can be ordered separately. (You may also be interested in the Multicover profile)
